CHECKING OF GOODS UPON RECEIPT

At the time of delivery, the customer is required to check that:

-       The number of parcels corresponds to what indicated in the carrier letter

-       The package is intact, not damaged, not wet, that the sealing materials are not altered (personalized adhesive tape).

Any damage or number mismatch of parcels must be promptly reported to the courier, that will affix a label indicating “received with note”, and attaching a document with the details of the issue reported.

Although the package is intact, goods must be checked within 10 days from receipt.

Any defects must be reported as mentioned above. Every claim reported after the deadline is not valid.

The customer assumes the entire responsibility of any declaration made. Upon signing of the document, the customer will not be able to make any complaint about any external defects of the package received.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Upon placing the order, the customer must indicate the correct shipping address. In case the address entered is incorrect, we can send the goods to the correct address with additional costs.

RETURN OF GOODS:

Returns will be handled by Sordi Spa at no charge

In the event that:

-    the received goods were not compliant with the order (colour, model, etc.)

-    the goods were defective

-    the goods were damaged

The company will refund the entire amount, or will replace the goods according to what was selected by the customer.

Shall the customer return the goods for reasons, other than defective factory defaults, Sordi Spa will replace or refund the amount as required, reserving the right to charge the return shipping costs.
